Former KU Players Dive Right In

Former Kansas players Mario Chalmers and Darrell Arthur were tossed out of the NBA rookie transition program.  Why?  For having pot and women in their hotel room which confused me because I thought that sort of thing was part of the transisting to the NBA.  Both will get to make a $20,000 check out to the NBA and could be suspended to start the season.

They were kicked out because they showed they are ready for the NBA. No need to sit around in transition camp when you already have the party skills needed for the big leagues.

Nice to see young men taking serious a chance of a lifetime……

    Is Chris Washburn their agent?

All I know is that it takes a special kind of stupid to: 1)be doing the stuff your specifically NOT supposed to be doing at the camp, and 2)actually getting caught in the act.

Don’t these guys know that the sense of entitlement regarding off-court behavior doesn’t start until AFTER your rookie year in the league??? Well, unless you’re a top-10 pick, but that’s another conversation for another time.
