		<description>I will agree with Tudor that this is a more winnable game. I will also say that RU&#039;s slight step back should make it a much better measuring stick for this season as they are comparable to the majority of the ACC in terms of talent at this point.</description>

As I recall, I heard a lot of preseason talk that Utah and Fresno St. could be the 2 non-majors that had the best chance to break into the FBS race this year. I watched part of that game and Fresno St. was stout on the defensive front. Rutger&#039;s has become a tough place to play. We&#039;ll have to hope that our &quot;A&quot; effort shows-up or it will be tough in Jersey!</description>
